Several of our psychologists are available for clinical supervision and consultation for other psychologists and health professionals. Our clinical supervisors are AHPRA Board Approved to provide supervision to those undertaking various registration pathways as well as seasoned professionals looking to upskill in neurodiversity-affirming practice.

  • Cari Macleod

    CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
    AHPRA BOARD-APPROVED SUPERVISOR

My areas of professional interest are: Working with children (including young children) and adolescents. I have a particular interest in therapy support for neurodivergent young people and helping parents navigate the challenges of raising little people with complex needs.

The therapies I use most are: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Solution-focussed Therapy and Child Centred Play Therapy. No matter what, I believe therapy should be tailored to individual's strengths, interests, and needs to have playful and light elements, particularly for kids.

The best supervisor-supervisee relationship is one: Where the supervisee is supported to achieve THEIR goals and both people value the transformative experience of the supervision.

I would not be the best fit for: Therapists doing Autism assessments (unless you want to learn together), as I am still training myself!

    I can offer supervision to:
    Provisional psychologist (5 +1)
    Provisional psychologist (Masters Placement)
    Clinical Registrars
    Other psychologists looking for support/consultation
